  I have known Peter Claridge for many years both personally and professionally. He has always stood out as a person of integrity and honesty. He also has exemplary knowledge and experience in the building sector together with a keenness for excellence in customer focused service. I have, on a number of occasions sought Peter's expertise regarding redevelopment of prospective properties on the market. Peter always made time to respond thoroughly and comprehensively.

  The team from Claridge Construction provide a warm, personalised and highly professional service. The time and attention that we experienced in the design and feasibility process for building a beautiful bespoke new home was incomparable. We felt 100% supported throughout the whole process and free of any expectations or stress around making decisions that we weren't able or willing to make. If you're looking for innovation, quality and service, Claridge Construction would be hard to beat.

  We moved into our custom build home late last year and we are in love with the final product. The team at Claridge were super friendly and lovely throughout the process. We love that we were able to be so involved in the design process and making this house our home.
  
  Working in the industry myself I was a bit timid building but the team made us feel confident in their knowledge. In every decision that was made we trusted that they had our best interest at heart.
  
  We couldn't recommend Claridge enough and are thankful that they delivered our home so perfectly.

  After being unable to save an old building, we decided to get a custom replacement built incorporating some original features. The preference was to use a local builder.
  
  The choice of Claridge Construction was richly rewarded with their use of high quality materials and workmanship with attention to detail. The completed house was on time, on budget and just as it was imagined.
